What is PE?

P.E. Goal: To promote / improve fitness awareness, fitness level, and lifestyles through play and physical activity.

 

K-2 Focus: To improve individual skills such as balancing, skipping, fleeing, and dodging, while developing cooperative skills with others.

 

3 - 5 Focus: There is a strong focus on fitness level progression through exercise and game play, as well as teamwork to complete a task or accomplish a goal.
